    We are in El Paso TX. Went hiking today. I really got a good workout. Hope I'm not too sore tomorrow. I'm still working at trying to get down to my dream size again. Or maybe just a nice healthy size. I would love to be able to go to a gym. I think it would help to keep me motivated. I carry a magic pilate ring and a abb cruncher in the truck that I try to use most days.

How's your weight loss going? I'm on the road again, sometimes it's harder for me to stay focused when I'm out here.

    Sounds like the right Trimspa. Have you tried it yet? I am happy with how good it works. It doesn't make me nervous or any side effects.

    the new Trimspa comes in a white plastic bottle. The pills are white capsules. Is that what they look like?

    Hi and welcome! I was one of Trimspa's semi-finalists for 2006. Lost a whopping 69Lbs.Best thing I have ever done. Besides marry my husband.LOL. GoodLuck and welcome to Trimspa OC

    I don't know what most of these ingredients are, but I trust Trimspa to be pure and not to have anything harmful in it. I hope this helps you with your question.

    I still have some of the old Trimspa Energy left that I didn't finish taking and the new Trimspa. The new one says on the front "Clinically proven, Scientifically Formulated All Natural Hoodia gordonii". I think this is important because there is a lot of diet products out there that are not pure hoodia. Both of them say they have 75 mcg chromium. The new one says: X32 Proprietary B...

    I can really tell when I forget to take my new Trimspa in the mornings, because I'm wanting to eat everything in sight. It has been really good about curbing my appetite and cravings. I wish you were close by, I'd give you a couple of my pills to try.

    Oh my God, I love your name..I know nothing about the Jillian Michael's pills however I have tried just about every other product I could get my hands on..Trimspa is the only product that worked for me

    I've tried everything .The only thing that seems to be helpin is trim spa I follow the directions on the bottle. I also listen to Rachel with her diet..... It's awesome I've lost 23 lb so far

    Welcome to the new Trimspa oc. I first used Trimspa in 05. I lost 60 lbs and was in the contest in 06/07. I started taking the new Trimspa a few months back. I could really see the difference right away. I lost 30 lbs. but then when I ran out, during the holidays, I gained 14 lbs back. I'm back on Trimspa now. It really helps to curb my appetite and cravings. I am watching what and how much...
